    a. Accommodation

    • The promo is available for direct bookings only. Prior reservation is required.

    • Rate is inclusive of accommodation with complimentary breakfast for two (2) persons at the Residence Club living room, evening cocktails and light bites.

    • Up to two (2) kids aged eleven (11) years old and below are free of charge.

    • Extra person rate is PHP 3,110.20 nett with complimentary breakfast.

    • Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the Metrobank card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID. In case that the guest is not the Metrobank cardholder, a copy of the written authorization letter, Metrobank card used and government-issued ID of the cardholder must be presented.

    • Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable rate without the discount will apply, and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited.

    • Rebooking and cancellation is allowed until twenty (24) hours prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty equivalent to one (1) night charge, and as long as the rebooked stay date/s is/are within the promo and stay period. Otherwise, the foregoing promo rate will no longer apply. The same shall apply in the event of a no-show.

    b. Dining

    • Promo is valid for dine-in transactions only.

    • Discounts are not applicable to promotional menus.

    • Café 1228: Minimum of two (2) and maximum of twenty (20) pax per dine-in only. Breakfast buffet and alcoholic drinks are not included in the promo.

    • Jasmine: Minimum of two (2) and maximum of twelve (12) pax per dine-in only. Minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 3,000 is required.

    • The Lounge: Maximum discount of PHP 800 applies. Premium spirits and Cellar Selection Wines are excluded from the promo.

    c. General Terms and Conditions:

    • Service Charge and Value-Added Tax (VAT) are included in the discount.

    • Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount of the booking/s or purchase to their qualified Metrobank credit or debit card.

    • Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified card.

    • Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promotion.

  7. By availing of this promo, the cardholder agrees and consents that his/her personal data (e.g., name, address, card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.) may be collected, processed and stored by New World Makati Hotel subject to its data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this promo.

  8. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items, privileges and VIP cards unless otherwise provided.

  9. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

  10. The use of the Metrobank credit and debit card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit and debit cards.

  11. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo, booking or stay period. Should a cardholder receive the discount/s, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount/s shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

  12. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit and debit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

  13. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and New World Makati Hotel, with the concurrence of the DTI, and Metrobank shall be free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

  14. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final.

  15. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.

The Bevvy

  1.   3. Qualified cardholders can get 15% OFF for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 2,500 at The Bevvy using their Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid cards.

  4. The Bevvy is located at UPRC III Building, 2289 Chino Roces Avenue Extension, Makati City. Open every Mondays to Saturdays, 4pm to 12mn.

  5. Promo is available for dine-in transactions only.

  6. Other Terms and Conditions:

    a. Discounted items and unlimited programs (i.e. unliwine, unlidraft) are excluded from the promo.

    b. Discount is applicable to total food bill, inclusive of Value-added tax. Service charge shall be billed after discount.

    c. Promo does not apply to take-out transactions or orders made from third party food delivery services.

    d. Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum spend requirement and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card through The Bevvy’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.

    e. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid cards.

    f. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

    g. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of The Bevvy and Metrobank.

    h. Parties, private functions and events are excluded from the promo.
